Benchmarking performances of L2 spoken Lithuanian produced by young learners

The Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR), widely recognized as one the most important documents in foreign language teaching, defines levels communicative proficiency. common points reference are primarily meant to assist teachers and test developers striving adhere a unified understanding CEFR levels. Yet it is not uncommon among practitioners claim particular level task, text or sample learner performance drawing merely on their individual experience intuition, with only limited knowledge original descriptor scales. main purpose this paper describe general procedures for relating tests performances they prescribed by Association Language Testers Europe (ALTE). five stages linking process familiarisation, specification, standardisation training benchmarking, standard setting validation.
